Amylia Shayne, DNP, ARNP, FNP-C
Amylia Shayne graduated with a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Gonzaga University. She is nationally certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her doctoral work focused on the importance of maternal mental health as an integral part of the health of our children. She is a Seattle native, she completed her undergraduate Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Seattle University and spent the majority of her RN career working in pediatrics at Seattle Children’s Hospital and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Amylia strives to support the entire family to help children grow and thrive throughout the lifespan. Her family medicine background affords her a unique understanding of how to support children and their families throughout life. When Amylia is not caring for children at our clinic she is spending time with her family, spending days at the beach and adventuring around the beautiful pacific northwest with her two children.
Jenny Curwen, DNP, ARNP, FNP-C
Jenny Curwen graduated with a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Family Medicine degree from Vanderbilt University. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner Certification Board and as a Certified Nurse Midwife by the American Midwifery Certification Board. She is a west coast native and has her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of San Francisco. She also has spent time on the east coast and has a Master of Science, Midwifery degree from Philadelphia University (now Thomas Jefferson University). Jenny has twenty-three years prior experience in nursing caring for patients across the lifespan but has spent a great deal of time with the pediatric/adolescent population at Walter Reed Medical Center, Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, as well as overseas locations with the military/federal government. Jenny values family centered care and strives to provide the best care for every patient.
Jenny is married, has two children (19 and 17) and two furry cat babies. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, running and hiking in the beautiful northwest.
Jessie Marks, DPNP-C, ARNP
Jessie Marks received her doctor of Pediatric Nursing Practice from University of Washington. She loves practicing in pediatrics because she feels this is an incredible journey where she can see children grow and can celebrate with families when children achieve developmental milestones. Supporting children and families to have optimal quality of life motivates her to work with families to find solutions to health issues. Children and their families are constantly teaching new things and as a provider in pediatrics, Jessie has been constantly amazed by the ingenuity, imagination, resiliency, and humor of children.
Jessie loves to spend time with her husband, two sons and their dog. They enjoy visiting various parks and beaches around the greater Seattle area. And Her family also loves hiking and spending time in nature through various travels. Jessie and her family love trying new restaurants and foods.

Christopher H. Cheng, MD, PhD, FAAP
Dr Christopher H. Cheng is is a Board Certified pediatrician and fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is the medical director and of the funding provider. Through his professional career, Dr Cheng has lived, trained and practiced in many places throughout the country including Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Texas, New York, Oregon and Ohio. From a very young age, team-based care has been a part of Dr. Cheng’s life. Being a general pediatrician, Dr. Cheng enjoys working with families and children by providing pediatric care to the youth of our community. As a pediatrician, he has been providing continuous medical services to our patients and communities with complete commitment, respect, and caring environment.
