Pediatrics, C & C Medical Associates is looking for office assistants with experience in medical office tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Insurance eligibility verification; prior authorization coordination.
• Medical Office Revenue Cycle/medical claims submission
• Office Account Payable and Receivable
• Assist in office management; inventory supplies, replenish supplies when received.
• Ensure speedy patient flow and to optimize patients’ satisfaction, provider time, and exam room utilization.
• Assist in maintaining equipment, medicine, vaccines
• Welcome patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries; patient scheduling, and any medical office front desk tasks.
• Ensure cleanliness of patient waiting area and front office area.

Pediatrics, C & C Medical Associates is seeking to hire one Medical Assistant. Candidates with pediatric practice experience is preferred. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
